At SmileSlices, our goal is to create a magical and unforgettable memory for your child. Your satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our policy regarding refunds and revisions carefully.

Our Happiness Guarantee

We stand behind the quality and magic of our personalized videos. If you are not 100% satisfied with your video due to an error on our part (such as a misspelling of the name you provided, a mistake in the age, or a technical issue with the video file), please contact us immediately at support@smileslices.com.

We are committed to making it right. In these cases, we will gladly offer a free revision to correct the mistake and deliver a new, perfect version of your video as quickly as possible.

Refunds for Digital, Personalized Products

Due to the custom and personalized nature of our video products, we have a strict no-refund policy once the video has been created and delivered.

Because each video is uniquely crafted for a specific child with their name, age, and photo, it cannot be restocked or resold. The resources and creative work involved in producing your personalized video are incurred immediately after you place your order.

Therefore, we do not offer refunds or returns for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • A change of mind.

  • The child's reaction not meeting expectations.

  • Ordering the wrong character by mistake.

This policy is in place to protect the integrity of our creative process and our team of artists and voice actors.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

All our products are custom, personalized digital goods and are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the specific cases covered by our "Happiness Guarantee."

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at support@smileslices.com within 2 hours of placing it. We begin the personalization process very quickly. If production on your video has already started, we will be unable to cancel the order.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Please note that the 14-day cooling-off period for the European Union does not apply to custom-made or personalized goods. As our videos are created specifically for you based on your input, the right to withdrawal is waived once you have agreed to the immediate creation of the digital content. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to this exception.
