Welcome to SmileSlices! We're excited to create a magical, personalized video for your child. As our products are 100% digital, there are no physical items to ship. Instead, your unique video is delivered directly to you online.

Here is everything you need to know about our delivery process.

Delivery Method

Your final, high-definition personalized video will be delivered to you via two methods for your convenience:

  1. Email: We will send a secure link to the email address you provided during checkout.

  2. WhatsApp: We will also send the same secure link to the WhatsApp number you provided. This makes it easy to share the magic with family and friends instantly.

The link will take you to a secure folder (Google Drive) where you can view and download your video file.

Delivery Timeframe

Magic takes a little time! Each video is carefully personalized by our team.

  • You will receive your personalized video within 48 working hours from the time you place your order.

"Working hours" refer to standard business days. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. We will always do our best to deliver your video as quickly as possible.

What You Will Receive

The link we send will give you access to:

  • A high-definition (HD) MP4 video file.

  • This file is yours to keep forever. You can download it to your computer, phone, or tablet.

  • The video is easy to share with loved ones or play on any modern device (TV, computer, phone, etc.).

Important Notes

  • Please double-check your email address and WhatsApp number when placing your order to ensure a smooth delivery.

  • If you do not see the email in your inbox within 48 working hours, please check your Spam or Junk folder, as sometimes our magical messages can get lost there.
